I'm walking the desert once again early in the morning and can't help taking a few pictures. Of course, it doesn't help my walking speed, but at my age who cares. Live in the moment.
The sky is aflame. What kind of day does that suggest?
And then the light begins to make a difference to the landscape and these flowers.
If I look back at my photos from spring, I imagine these flowers are blue. But the sun fades everything, and I believe that the white is perfect to herald the approach of winter on the desert.
